Rewards Program

Simply visit any of our Tirlán CountryLife stores and ask a team member to assist you with the registration process.

Currently, registration for our Rewards program must be completed in-store. Please visit your nearest Tirlán CountryLife store to sign up.

You earn points on every purchase you make in-store. Just present your Rewards card at the till when you check out.

•            Earn 5 points on every €1 spent on Gardening.

•            Earn 2 points on every €1 spent on Pet food and accessories.

•            Every point you earn is equal to 1 cent to redeem off any purchase in store.

No, the Rewards points can only be earned and redeemed for in-store purchases.

Your Points balance will be emailed to you on a regular basis or You can check your points balance by asking any team member in-store. They will be happy to provide you with this information.

Currently, you cannot check your balance on our online website, as we are working to make online improvements to your online Rewards account.

Currently, you cannot log into your Rewards accounts online as we are making updates to enhance the program. You will receive regular email updates about your points balance, and can also request your points balance at any of our stores.

As long as your account is registered, You may still earn and redeem points on your Rewards account if you forget or loose your Rewards card, our in store team will be able to search for your account using your phone number or email address.

However If you have not registered your account and we don’t have your details, we will be unable to find your account with your information, and no points will be able to be earned or redeemed and all previously earned points will be lost. Please ensure your account is registered, our friendly team in store will be able to assist you with this.

Points can be redeemed at the till during your in-store purchases. Just inform our team that you would like to use your points.
