Dulux Vinyl Matt is a top quality high opacity emulsion based on unique AkzoNobel technology which gives excellent coverage and application. This formula creates a flat, low sheen finish and covers up to 14 metres square per litre. Very easy to apply and is suitable for interior walls and ceilings.
